Hi everyone! A little about me, my name's Brodie and I'm located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. I'm an adventurous fisherman who spends most of his free time wading Lake Superior tributaries, or hiking the north shore of Lake Superior. I love to fly fish, spin, and pin, and while I fish for all species my heart lies with trout.

Along with fishing, there's another passion that takes up a lot of my time, and that's camping. Whether it be truck camping with my family or solo backcountry. From tents to hammocks, lakes and rivers. With some winter camping mixed in as well. 

I started this blog to share my love of fishing, writing and the outdoors in our region. We are truly blessed to live where we do and be surrounded with the beauty we are.
